Client Overview

A government authority responsible for regulating all mobile operators required a robust and highly secure environment to protect a mission-critical application and the vast volume of sensitive data associated with mobile consumers nationwide.

The Challenge

The client needed to secure a highly sensitive digital platform that handles critical information related to mobile subscribers across the country.

Key challenges included:

The Solution

 – Deployment of SIEM capabilities to centralize log monitoring and improve threat visibility

 – Implementation of Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP) to secure endpoint systems

 – Enhanced protection for the application environment and backend databases

This created a defense-in-depth architecture designed to reduce risk, improve visibility, and strengthen the client’s security posture.
